How NOT to dice an onion: This chef uses a knife that’s seems to be very dull, judging by how much effort is expended in cutting the onion. Her fingers dangerously hover near the blade while cutting (please tuck those digits in!) It’s also way too small, and so is the cutting board.
The contact lenses cleaner and other chemical products near the prep area is a nice touch, too!
