The noir-inspired movie poster I made for my wedding, which was on June 18th, 2007.
These are the two photos I used to make the image. We wore clothes that we found at Goodwill, and posed in front of green construction paper taped a linen closet, for editing purposes. I used an old Canon digital camera that died a few weeks later.
It took me about two hours to put the poster together using Photoshop.

We have a 24 x 36 inch print of this, which we used at the greeting table for our wedding reception. It’s now hanging on our bedroom wall, and cost us about 40 bucks.

I was scanning something else about this on another blog. Interesting. Your perspective on it is diametrically opposed to what I read before. I am still reflecting over the opposite points of view, but I’m leaning heavily toward yours. And regardless, that’s what is so super about modern-day democracy and the marketplace of ideas on-line.
