Thanks for the recipe, YYYYYUUUUMM!!! I wanted to share this, why don't you try it with this drink called purple, I tried it and it's yummm!.
You must have heard about it since it's doing a lot of rounds in the celebrity circuit and is all over the news. Its tastes amazing with everything, try it and let me know if you liked it or not. It is a health drink which is made up of 7 fruits juice and is high on antioxidants and you know about antioxidants right? it prevents premature ageing, what else do growing women want huh, LOL!! If you want more information to check whether what I am saying is right you can get it at www.drinkpurple.com . You can get it at GNC and drug stores. Could not help sharing it

I never tried to brine any kind of poultry before but I hear it is becoming more popular.

Have you heard of "deep fried turkey" during Thanksgiving time? Supposedly its picking up popularity on the mainland.

Excellent! I looked through about 100 web recipes for this kind of dish, but yours was the one I settled on (simple and pictures). It came out great. My whole family loved it, from my 9 month old to my wife.

I added some more veggies and even some cooked linguine before baking. Highly recommended. I really like your blog.

I don't need to cook cheap, but I like cooking fast, simple, and good. Looks like I'll be trying your pulled pork recipe next.

Am in total agreement with you about rotisserie chicken. For me the two thigh/drumsticks make two good meals. Slice breast meat are great for sandwiches. Other bits and pieces go well in salads. And the carcass is excellent for making jook (congee)! Plus I buy a day-old one the next morning for only $3.75. Cheap meals!

These are some good ideas! Sometimes it seems like just eating right is so expensive...I love rotisserie chicken :)I also like to make Bertolli's Mediterranean Style Frozen Dinners; they're delicious and easy to prepare, not to mention they don't drain your pocketbook! You should check out http://www.whatsyourmedstyle.com/medstyle/demo.aspx?cat=b and you can even see Rocco DiSpirito preparing some amazing dishes on the site! I work with Bertolli, so I can vouch for 'em ;)
